Villa Giovanna is a lovely country villa only 5 km  from the old village San Miniato . The position of the villa, allows to enjoy the relaxing countryside and also be in proximity of many historical sights of the area: Florence, Pisa, Versilia beaches, Lucca, Siena San Gimignano are all comfortably reached by car.

This elegant Tuscan Villa  with private garden and swimming pool, was part of the properties of the  Buonaparte family,  who lived in San Miniato. In 1693 the house was enriched by an oratory “noviter exotructus”. In 1714 a small church was built next to the villa. The ancient part of the building dates back to 1473, the more recent one to 1845.

Ground floor: large sitting room, a dining room (for 10 people), large kitchen totally equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, studio with two single sofa beds, 1 bathroom with shower

First floor, which you reach through a pietraserena staircase: three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms ( one with bathtub, one with shower)

Outdoors: Enclosed  large garden ( 50sqm), 10x5 exclusive swimming pool ( open may-sept, from the house approx 150 m) , 40 sqm olives grove ( the owners are olive oil producers)
