This elegant Tuscany Villa ( 160sqm) with private garden and swimming pool is situated in a small,quiet village in the heart of the Tuscan ‘Appennino’ with splendid panoramic views of the surrounding valley and forests of chestnut trees.

Dating back to the early twentieth century it has been elegantly and faithfully restored and decorated with antique furniture.

The garden on several levels offers a covered terrace area with outside wood oven and pizza oven, running fountain, 12 x 6m swimming pool fitness room and a consacrated chapel.

San Godenzo, 4 km away, with its foundations dating back to 1082, hosts an ancient Benedectine abbey, a fine example of romanesque architecture. Dicomano, 10 km away, a market town since the middle ages and Vicchio, 15 km away, the birth place of Giotto, are worth a visit. During the summer and autumn you’ll often see medieval festivals and traditional local events.
