Elegant 3 bedrooms apartment with garden, close to San Niccolò district, 6 sleeping accommodation, air conditioning in the bedrooms, equipped external outdoor area, wifi The apartment is located in a lovely area close to Piazzale Michelangelo and san Niccolò, within walking distance from the most important cultural sites in Florence, in a very quiet location.

The apartment, 110 smq, is on two levels ( ground floor and first floor) and can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms ( double or twin).

Ground floor: lovely, spacious and bright living room with satellite TV and a beautiful fireplace, wide outdoor space  with a wrought-iron gazebo and a round table seating 6 for al fresco meals. Dining-in large kitchen, fully equipped (electric oven, 4 gas burners, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven), small bathroom with WC,
First floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower , 2 double ( or twin) bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

How to get to the apartment:
you can reach the apartment by car. Payable parking facility on the street. From the airport   you can take the shuttle to the Train station or a taxi.
From the  Santa Maria  Novella train station: take bus Nr. 23A direction Sorgane, bus stop Fornace and then walk approx 10 min.
