La Casa degli Ulivi is a traditional farmhouse dating back to 16th century, located on the summit of a hill, from which it dominates over the surrounding countryside.It has been recently restored with great care to the retention of original features offering an elegant and warm atmosphere, completed by the tasteful furnishings with period pieces, and the well-kept garden all contribute to creating an extremely pleasant environment.
It is a spacious property divided into the main villa and 3 apartments: the villa can accommodate up to 12 + 1 people , the three apartments, separate from the villa, can accommodate each 2-5 people.
The property can be rented all together ( main villa + 3 apartments) or separately the main villa and the apartments sharing the pool.
Its position, few km from Florence centre, allows daily trips to all the most important tuscan towns which are within easy reach.
At guests' disposal a big garden with 6x12m swimming pool with panoramic views on the countryside.

Accommodation  Villa 450sqm
It is completely separate from the other accommodations. It is spread over 2 floors and has an exclusive 200sqm 'aia' or garden area, where you can either sunbathe or shade from the sun.
The open loggia has tables and chairs where you can enjoy meals outside and from here you gain access on to the ground floor living room.
By renting  just the villa the pool is shared with the guests of the apartments
Ground floor : dining room, living room with fireplace, TV,, tiled eat-in kitchen complete with dish-washer, oven, gas hob (four rings), fridge, large terrace with billiard's table, space suitable for eating and talking, with direct access to the private garden, a double bedroom (with independent entrance and small kitchen corner) a bathroom.
First floor: 4 double rooms (can be converted into twins, two of them have a gallery with a single bed), four bathrooms
